Employee Spotlight:
Terri Pham Gonzalez, Manager of Account Services, Mirus Restaurant Solutions

If I had to describe Terri in a few words, I'd describe her as a hard worker, someone who is very driven and focused. Terri is the glue that holds the Mirus account coordinators together. The role she plays is extremely important because every client has a unique set of needs and the account coordinators have to keep track of it all.

An account coordinator's job is to be the liaison between a client company's reporting goals and Mirus. The coordinators help facilitate client requests as well as guide their clients on how best to leverage their restaurant's data.

Throughout the last few years, Terri has become a role model of how an account coordinator should care for their clients. Her dedication was recently awarded when she was promoted to Manager of Account Services. The extra responsibilities and workload is something Terri excels at.

What's amazing is that Terri is also expecting her first child this year! We are all so happy for her and at the same time a little nervous because that means she will take a leave of absence soon. However, we are all confident that the rest of Terri's team will shine just as bright as they always do.

I had the opportunity to sit down with Terri and ask her a few questions about herself and her role with Mirus:
